From suburban living to city-dwelling, the metro Detroit area is filled with a variety of living opportunites from historic waterfront estates to contemporary open concept lofts, along with fantastic options for dining; entertainment choices varying from stadium-filled rock concerts and events at Little Caesar's Arena and Ford Field to classical performances at the Detroit Opera House; culture and arts at the Detroit Insitute of Arts, MOCAD and the Cranbrook Educational Community; and of course, cheering on our professional sports teams: Detroit Lions football, Detroit Tigers baseball, Detroit Red Wings hockey and Detroit Pistons basketball. We also have the Detroit Zoo, The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village, the Michigan Science Center and Belle Isle; just to name a few more of the additional great amenities and activities at hand in our area. Metro Detroit is also filled with water, from small ponds to the impressive Detroit River and Lake St. Clair where you can often spot freighters, enjoy sailboat regattas and watching the excitement of the annual hydroplane races and 4th of July fireworks over the water. 

 

Detroit's close proximity to Windsor, Canada is another additional feature of living in our area. Within our state, with just a few hours drive; you can experience the wonders of northern Michigan (aka "up north") and enjoy the Lake Michigan sand dunes, the Boyne City Morel Festival, the Traverse City Cherry Festival, local wineries and microbreweries, Blissfest, Electric Forest Festival, Mackinac Island and the natural beauty of the Upper Pennisula among other adventures!
